Self Serve Realty is Florida’s lowest priced flat fee listing realtor specializing in Broward, Dade, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties.  

Self Serve Realty provides one service to the seller. That service is to enter the sellers' home onto the realtors' Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and also onto the National Association of Realtors internet site called “Realtor.com” including photos of your property.

What is MLS?
The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a service that is available only to realtors to list your home. It is the #1 tool that realtors use to sell homes.

Self Serve Realty charges a minimal flat fee of $249.00 to list your home for sale on the MLS for 6 months. This allows sellers full exposure to all realtors while being able to sell their home on their own. The seller may withdraw it at anytime. A rental listing costs $149.00. Unlike other discount services Self Serve Realty does not collect any commission at closing. The fee is one time only.

The seller handles all showings, offers and any other issue pertaining to the sale of their home, including keeping their own sign on the property. A closing agent either a title company or attorney is required in all sale transactions whether a realtor is used or not. They will handle all closing documents.

All realtors will see your property’s listing everytime they are looking for that price range and area. If the seller decides to accept an offer from one of the realtor’s buyers, than seller would owe only that realtor a commission which the seller will stipulate on the listing fee agreement. (usually this is from 2 to 3 percent)

Finally, the seller may sell their home with no realtor involved. Then no commission is due at all. The general public can view the listing on Realtor.com and of course the seller can continue to market their property on their own.
